On Guard Security Services was established in 1996 to provide a
cost effective and reliable security service that did not
compromise on service quality. Since then, we have experienced
considerable growth and expanded our operations to offer a wide
range of customised services to cater to all needs and budgets.
Our continued success is based on the philosophy of building
lasting relationships with our clients through dedicated service,
mutual trust, loyalty and personal attention.
On Guard Security Services is dedicated to providing unrivalled
levels of professional service and attention to detail and hence,
ensuring the retention of current clients and the growth of new
business opportunities. Through experience and thorough
forecasting and planning, we are able to provide pro-active
security solutions with a sound focus on customer satisfaction and
service quality. Company financing is undertaken from day to day
working capital, which eliminates the necessity to borrow or
involve the Company in financial arrangements to meet the
requirements of new projects.
On Guard Security Services has implemented a company quality
assurance management system in compliance with relevant state and
federal legislation, the Security Industry Act 1997 (NSW) and
appropriate Australian Standards. We have clearly written policies
and procedures in place and possess all relevant licenses and
insurances to ensure that all legal, industry and company
requirements are managed and adhered to accordingly. We are
financial members of Australian Security Industry Association and
Master Builders Association of New South Wales.
On Guard Security Services employ licensed, experienced and
comprehensively trained staff capable of dealing with emergency,
conflict and sensitive situations. We maintain adequate levels of
trained permanent, casual and contracted personnel in order to
cope with unexpected influxes in security requirements.
On Guard Security Services utilise several reporting systems to
monitor and ensure that service level agreements are met, thus
allowing the control and elimination of service deficiencies.
