On Guard Security Services’ patrol division utilises highly visible, late model company liveried patrol vehicles equipped with two-way radio and mobile phone communication. We can provide the following services on a permanent or ad-hoc basis.


Mobile Patrols

We can conduct random or pre-determined patrols at your premises when it is vulnerable or unoccupied. Officers perform visual and physical checks to ensure that all areas are secured and protected from intruders, fire and flood. Security signage is erected at prominent points around the premises as a further deterrent.


Alarm Response

We can immediately dispatch a patrol officer to your premises upon notification that the alarm has been activated. Officers investigate the cause for alarm and take the necessary action as required. Detailed reports are left on site for your information.


Welfare Checks

We can conduct checks on staff or contractors at random or pre-determined intervals after hours. A patrol officer determines their safety and confirms their wellbeing.


Escort Service

We can attend at an agreed time to escort staff and patrons on or off the premises. A patrol officer assists staff with the opening or locking down of the premises and conducts a thorough visual and physical inspection.


Key Holding Service

We can carry a set of keys to your premises. A patrol officer will attend your premises to set your alarm when you forget and let you in when you have lost or misplaced your own set of keys. Keys are numerically tagged with site information removed and stored in lockable steel key cabinets, which are securely fastened inside the patrol vehicle.
